1. Determine the airports open for the international flights of the national and experimental air vehicles of foreign states, and also the international flights of air vehicles for transportation of military forming, arms and military equipment of foreign states according to appendix to this order.
2. To committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Seydakhmetov B. K.) provide:
1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official publication in means the mass of information, including placement it on Internet resource of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies;
3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction of the copy on official publication in information system of law"? d_lt" the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
4) submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on state registration and about the direction on publication in mass media within 5 working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bekturov A. G.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
