2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2012 No. 807 "About approval of the standard of the state service "Consideration of Petitions for Consent to Economic Concentration" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 57, the Art. 786).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Consideration of Petitions for Consent to Economic Concentration"

1. General provisions

1. The state service - "Consideration of petitions for consent to economic concentration" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency).

3. The state service appears Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency) (further - the service provider).

4. Terms of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package uslugopoluchatel to the service provider - 60 (sixty) calendar days:

the service provider shall within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the petition check completeness of the provided materials and in writing notify uslugopoluchatel on acceptance or on refusal in adoption of the petition to consideration;

the term of rendering the state service shall not exceed

50 (fifty) calendar days from the moment of adoption of the petition to consideration;

the term of rendering the state service stops in case of impossibility of consideration of the petition before decision making by the service provider or court according to the specified or related other petition what the service provider within 3 (three) working days from the moment of adoption of such decision shall notify uslugopoluchatel in writing on;

for submission of additional data and (or) documents the term of consideration of the petition stops what the service provider within 3 (three) working days from the moment of adoption of such decision shall notify uslugopoluchatel in writing on;

the term of rendering the state service is resumed after submission of additional data and (or) documents uslugopoluchatel and (or) state bodies what shall notify in writing within 3 (three) working days uslugopoluchatel on. From the date of renewal of consideration of the petition for consent on economic concentration the current of term of consideration proceeds;

the term established by the service provider for provision of information and (or) documents shall not be less than 10 (ten) calendar days;

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package uslugopoluchatel to the service provider - 15 minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel - 15 minutes.

5. Form of the rendered state service - paper.

6. Result of rendering the state service:

1) consent to economic concentration;

2) prohibition on economic concentration with the motivated conclusion (if economic concentration leads to competition restriction).

7. The state service is rendered free of charge.

8. The working schedule of the service provider - Monday through Friday inclusive from 09:00 till 18:30 o'clock, lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
