1. Approve the enclosed actions plan on preparation of participation of the Republic of Belarus in the World Fair "EXPO-2015" in Milan (Republic of Italy).

Authorize Fair-haired Mikhail Ivanovich, the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus, the General commissioner from the Republic of Belarus at the World Fair "EXPO-2015" in Milan, the Republic of Italy (further - the EXPO-2015 exhibition), the chairman of organizing committee for preparation of the National display of the Republic of Belarus at the EXPO-2015 exhibition (further - the National display), on contract signature with organizers of the EXPO-2015 exhibition.
3. Assign general coordination of work on preparation and the organization of the National display to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
3-1. Assign to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs accomplishment of functions of office of the General commissioner from the Republic of Belarus at the EXPO-2015 exhibition.
4. Determine the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the customer by the organization and holding procedures of public procurements of goods, works, services for the National display. As the organizer for implementation of functions of the customer on the organization and holding procedures of purchases of goods, works, services for the National display, except for determinations of essential terms of the contract and agreement signature to attract the state trade production association of Belresursa.
