3. In case of early termination of registration of regional and municipal systems in unified information system operation of regional and municipal systems is resumed after passing of new registration in the unified information system performed according to the procedure, established by the authorized Government of the Russian Federation federal executive body according to part 6 of article 4 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs".
