2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services" and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2014.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services", approved by this resolution.
