RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of forms of the state statistical reporting 6-is (investments) "Report on commissioning of objects, fixed assets and use of investments into fixed capital" and 4-is (investments) "Report on commissioning of objects, fixed assets and use of investments into fixed capital" and instructions for their filling

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 6-is (investments) "The report on commissioning of objects, fixed assets and use of investments into fixed capital" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January, 2014;

1.2. form of the state statistical reporting 4-is (investments) "The report on commissioning of objects, fixed assets and use of investments into fixed capital" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January-March, 2014;

1.3. Instructions for filling of forms of the state statistical reporting 6-is (investments) "The report on commissioning of objects, fixed assets and use of investments into fixed capital" and 4-is (investments) "The report on commissioning of objects, fixed assets and use of investments into fixed capital" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2014.

6. This resolution becomes effective since January 13, 2014.
