About approval of the Method of calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport

1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport and to enact it since calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport for 2013.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2013 No. 16 "About approval of the Method of calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.03. 2013, 7/2330).

3. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.

Method of calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Technique is developed for the purpose of determination of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport for a fee for legal entities and physical persons based on the agreement of motor transportation of freight or on other legal causes.

2. Calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport is performed by National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus (further - Belstat) on the republic, areas and the city of Minsk in month, the period since the beginning of year, year.

3. In this Technique the following terms and their determinations are used:

4.1. primary statistical data in forms of the state statistical reporting:

12-tr (car) "The report on availability and use of road transport" of monthly frequency (further – form 12-tr (car));

4-tr (autotrance) "The report on use of road transport" of quarter frequency (further – form 4-tr (autotrance));

The 1-megapixel "Report on financial and economic activities of the small organization" of annual frequency (further – form 1-megapixel);

The 1-megapixel (micro) "Report on financial and economic activities of the microorganization" of annual frequency (further – form 1-megapixel (micro));

4.2. data of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus on the number of the registered individual entrepreneurs;

4.3. official statistical information on form of the state statistical observation of 6 cars (SP) (Ministry of Transport) "The questionnaire about the transportation of goods by road transport performed by the individual entrepreneur" (further – observation).

Chapter 2. Calculation of amount of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport of the organizations

5. The monthly settlement (the first assessment) of amount of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport of the organizations is made on the basis:
