In pursuance of orders of the Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2009 No. 52-9.240 and of April 20, 2010 No. 52-9.240/1687-7 "About measures for integration of information systems of law enforcement agencies" and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of information exchange of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget, PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. To the chairman of Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee of GP RK) to Aytpayeva S. M. and the head of department of Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget (further - Calculating committee) to Ismailov M. A.:

1) to provide interaction of automated information systems of Committee of GP RK (further - AIS of Committee of GP RK) and the integrated information system of Calculating committee (further - IIS SK);

2) to determine the employees responsible for implementation of integration and ensuring necessary level of information security. In case of change in the list of responsible persons timely to notify participants of integration interaction;

3) unloading, receipt of information resources, their technical requirements, amount, structure and format to perform according to the Technique of interaction of automated information systems of Committee of GP RK and the integrated information system of Calculating committee, according to appendix to this order.

2. To committee of GP RK:

1) to make transfer of data according to request of the user of IIS SK having necessary access rights to this functionality;

2) to provide completeness, reliability, relevance, timeliness of the data transferred to IIS SK;

3) in case of receipt of the notification from IIS SK on error in case of data transmission to provide repeated departure of the message in accordance with the established procedure, in case of receipt of the error notification three times, to notify about it the responsible person of IIS SK.

3. To calculating committee:

1) to perform receipt of information resources on transfer of data on the registered checks and results of check on objects of control for certain period of time, about consideration condition in law enforcement agencies of the administrative and criminal cases initiated by Calculating committee on results of control actions;

2) to check integrity of the data received from AIS of Committee of GP RK and to direct messages on their obtaining, also to ensure safety of data.

4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the First Deputy Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan Merkel I. D. and chief of staff of Calculating committee Raymkulov M. T.

5. This joint order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
