About some questions of import of raw sugar to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Determine that import of reed raw sugar without the vkuso-aromatic or painting additives (the FEACN CU codes 1701 13, 1701 14) (further - raw sugar) of 413 027,4 tons in 2014 is performed without payment of customs duties in customs procedure of release for internal consumption on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure to perform issue of licenses within the approved amount in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to the manufacturing companies of sugar which list is specified in appendix to this resolution, or suppliers of raw sugar based on the contract with the specified companies on purpose of the imported raw sugar.

3. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform customs declaring of raw sugar imported in customs procedure of release for internal consumption:

1) based on the licenses granted by the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan without payment of import customs duties;

2) without licenses granted by the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan with payment of import customs duties at the rates approved by the Common customs tariff of the Customs union.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in two weeks to notify the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on the measures of regulation of foreign trade activity taken by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of the companies - producers of sugar *

* The list of the companies is created according to the following criteria of reference of the companies to the manufacturing plants of sugar of reed raw sugar:

1) availability of processing equipment at the company for conversion of reed raw sugar;

2) availability of serial production of white sugar from reed raw sugar;

3) design capacity of the company the forthcoming calendar year.
