1. This Instruction establishes procedure for accreditation of legal entities (individual entrepreneurs) on rendering services in the field of labor protection for implementation of functions of the labor protection specialist and carrying out certification of workplaces under the terms of work (further – accreditation).
2. For the purposes of this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About labor protection" are applied.
