About approval of Industrial safety rules at the companies for production of tires and rubber products

According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection" and the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 24, 2012 No. 726 "About some measures for optimization of system of the central executive bodies" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Industrial safety rules at the companies for production of tires and rubber products which are applied.

2. To public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine (Hokhotva A. I.) in accordance with the established procedure:

1) to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) to enter the order in the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Industrial safety rules at the companies for production of tires and rubber products

I. General provisions

1.1. These Rules extend to subjects of managing irrespective of patterns of ownership and legal form which activities are connected with production of tires and rubber products.

1.2. These Rules establish requirements for labor protection which are obligatory for employers and employees of the companies for production of tires and rubber products.

II. General requirements

2.1. The employer creates security service of work of the company according to requirements of the Standard regulations on security service of the work approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection of November 15, 2004 No. 255, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 1, 2004 for No. 1526/10125 (NPAOP 0.00-4.21-04).

2.2. The employer develops and approves instructions for labor protection according to requirements of the Regulations on development of instructions for labor protection approved by the order of Committee on supervision of labor protection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of January 29, 1998 No. 9, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 7, 1998 for No. 226/2666 (NPAOP 0.00-4.15-98).

2.3. Training and examination concerning labor protection of officials and employees of the company are carried out according to requirements of the Standard regulations on procedure for carrying out the training and examination concerning labor protection approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection of January 26, 2005 No. 15, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2005 for No. 231/10511 (NPAOP 0.00-4.12-05).

2.4. The employer allows to servicing of the operating electroinstallations, accomplishment of repair, installation or adjustment work and testing of electroinstallations of the workers who underwent examination and which appropriates the corresponding group of electrical safety with the confirmed certificate according to requirements of Rules of safe operation of the electroinstallations approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection of October 6, 1997 No. 257, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 13, 1998 for No. 11/2451 (to NPAOP 40.1-1.01-97).
