Approve the Procedure for provision and determination of the extent of the monetary assistance to victims of emergency situations and the size of monetary compensation as the victim whose apartment houses (apartments) are destroyed as a result of the emergency situation of military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation which is applied.

Procedure for provision and determination of the extent of the monetary assistance to victims of emergency situations and the size of monetary compensation by the victim which apartment houses (apartments) are destroyed as a result of the emergency situation of military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation

1. This Procedure establishes procedure for granting and determinations of the extent of the monetary assistance to victims of emergency situations and the size of monetary compensation by the victim which apartment houses (apartments) are destroyed as a result of the emergency situation of military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

2. Citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons, apartment houses (apartments) are recognized injured (further - housing) which are damaged/are destroyed as a result of emergency situation, or work on liquidation of its effects (further - victims).

3. The monetary assistance is provided to victims whose housing is damaged as a result of emergency situation or work on liquidation of its effects and who refused evacuation, of settling out and remained on the previous residence and/or in borders of the respective settlement.

The monetary compensation is provided to victims who are homeowners which is in the territories controlled by Ukraine and was destroyed as a result of the emergency situation of military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation after the date of entry into force of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 14, 2014 No. 405 "About the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of April 13, 2014 "About urgent measures concerning overcoming terrorist threat and preserving territorial integrity of Ukraine".

3-1. Persons whose housing was destroyed, but for date of inspection it is fully or partially built up, have the right to monetary compensation, except case if the same destroyed housing was completely recovered at the expense of means of the state or local budgets or for means of subjects of managing.
