According to subitem 240.6.4 of Item 240.6 of article 240 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve the list of types and categories of vehicles since which year of manufacture there passed 30 and more years which are not intended for commercial transportation of passengers or loads have the original engine, body and (in the presence) frame, conditions and relating to objects of collecting or antiques which is applied are kept and restored to original.

1. Types of vehicles:

Original - type of the vehicle which is in condition it had 1) at the time of production, with insignificant deterioration in technical characteristics;

2) authentic - type of the vehicle which condition worsened in the course of use which was not exposed to restoration in initial condition. Parts of such vehicle which usually wear out can be replaced with the original, meeting specifications of the producer of this means. Repair of body panels, paint coating and upholstery is allowed;

3) recovered - the type of the vehicle having historical value which fully or partially understood or was recovered and constituted. Such vehicle can have insignificant variations from the specification of the manufacturer in case parts or materials of the producer are unavailable. Original parts or other parts of the same specification are whenever possible applied. The interior and exterior of such vehicle shall correspond to interior and exterior of production most;

4) reconstructed - type of the vehicle in which parts from one or several vehicles of the same model or type most of which meet specifications of the producer are established. Original parts of the producer can be replaced by others according to the specification of the producer. The interior and exterior shall meet the original specification of the producer most.

2. Categories of vehicles:

1) category A to which the standard vehicles delivered by the producer prior to production of new model of such vehicles belong and to which designs (frames or the chassis or platforms and bodies, the engine, transmission, front suspension, steering system, rear suspension) NE were made changes;

2) category B to which vehicles belong:

which design is changed in case of production and general use;

are constructed or the design of which is changed with the special purpose during production and general use of such vehicles, typical and having historical value;

3) category C to which the vehicles constructed by the producer after completion of serial production and general use of the vehicle using or without application of parts of the vehicle, meeting specifications of the producer and the period of general use of specific model of the vehicle belong. Such vehicle shall have accurate marking (that witnesses about its "reproduction"), that is the combined name of the producer and the name of the producer and the name of model according to which the vehicle it is reproduced (for example, Smith-Bugatti Type 35). Date of production of such categories of vehicles is end date of their production;

4) category D to which vehicles belong:

are changed after completion of their production and general use;

are changed after completion public of vehicles using parts of those vehicles which were made in method, typical for that period;

5) category E which vehicles to which designs changes using the parts of the vehicle or technologies not available during their production which shall have the original frame or the chassis or platform and body meeting specifications which were applied during production of model are made enter. In such vehicle no more than two of the following main components from the original specification as the engine, transmission, wheels, front suspension or steering system, rear suspension can be changed.

3. Classification of vehicles by production time:

1) class A ("pioneer") - the vehicles made till December 31, 1904;

2) class B ("veteran") - the vehicles made during the period from January 1, 1905 to December 31, 1918;

3) class C ("vintage") - the vehicles made during the period from January 1, 1919 to December 31, 1930;

4) class D ("post-vintage") - the vehicles made during the period from January 1, 1931 to December 31, 1945;

5) class E ("post-war") - the vehicles made during the period from January 1, 1946 to December 31, 1960 year;

6) class F ("men of the sixties") - the vehicles made during the period from January 1, 1961 to December 31, 1970;

7) class G ("Men of the seventies") - the vehicles made since January 1, 1971.
