1. Enter since January 1, 2014 system of rating efficiency evaluation of implementation and development of information and communication technologies in activities of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places.

2. Approve:

structure of system of rating efficiency evaluation of implementation and development of information and communication technologies in activities of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places according to appendix No. 1;

the scheme of carrying out rating efficiency evaluation of implementation and development of information and communication technologies in activities of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places according to appendix No. 2;

the main requirements to the official website of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places according to appendix No. 3.

3. To provide to bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places:

on quarterly basis timely information representation about condition of implementation and development of information and communication technologies in the activities electronically at the scheduled time;

till March 1, 2014 reduction of the official websites in compliance with the main requirements to the official website of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places;

development and realization of specific measures for increase in efficiency of implementation and development of information and communication technologies in the activities taking into account results of rating estimates.

4. To the state committee according to the statistics, to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan annually till June 20 to provide submission to the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan of indicators of condition of development of the information and communication technologies in the Republic of Uzbekistan determined using indicators by the list according to appendix No. 4.

5. To the state committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
