According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About allowing procedures in the field of business activity", and also the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 15, 2013 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About allowing procedures in the field of business activity" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. 225:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for issue of prior consent to creation of consolidation of business entities, on merge, joining of business entities according to appendix No. 1;

Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 17.07.2014 No. 196

2. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition in a month:

bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by it into accord with this resolution;

provide the organization and holding actions for extended coverage of the purposes, content and the practical importance of this resolution among subjects of entrepreneurship.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.

Regulations on procedure for issue of prior consent to creation of consolidation of business entities, on merge, joining of business entities

I. General provisions

1. This Provision according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About allowing procedures in the field of business activity" determines procedure for consideration and receipt of prior consent to creation of consolidation of business entities (further - consolidation), on merge, joining of business entities in the commodity and (or) financial markets.

Consideration of documents and issue of prior consent to consolidation creation, on merge, joining of business entities is performed according to the scheme according to appendix No. 1.

2. For the purpose of this provision the business entity is understood as the legal entity, including foreign, engaged in activities for production, acquisition and sales of goods.

3. Prior consent is issued by the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition or its territorial authority (further - antimonopoly authority) on:

creation of consolidation of business entities;

merge, joining of business entities.

4. Prior consent of antimonopoly authority to merge, joining of business entities is necessary:
