About introduction of the special allowance to wholesale selling price on coal

 For the purpose of unconditional execution of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 6, 2013 No. 161 "About approval of the Program of upgrade, technical and technology modernization of the companies of the coal industry and its balanced development for 2013 - 2018", achievements of target parameters on the overburden works including connected with the landslide phenomena, coal production, ensuring financing of measures for upgrade and development of coal industry, timely repayment of the credits of the Cabinet of Ministers banks decides:

1. Establish since January 1, 2014 the special allowance in the amount of 21 600 bags. for 1 ton in addition to wholesale selling price on the coal realized by the companies of coal industry, except for the amounts of coal realized to the population and the organizations financed from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Determine that:

the means received from application of the special allowance go only for upgrade and development of coal industry, repayment of investment loans, and also on covering of costs on the extra overburden works which are carried out by the companies of coal industry;

See (previous edition.) offers on change of the size of the special allowance on 1 ton of coal are made in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan SAC of Uzbekenergo in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.
