About the organization of summer holiday of children and teenagers in 2014

According to article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the national social insurance" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, city of Dushanbe, cities and areas, heads of the ministries and departments:

- for effective carrying out summer holiday and improvement of children and teenagers in camps and rest areas to provide target use of the means provided on these purposes;

- till May 15, 2014 to finish works on construction, repair, the equipment of buildings, sports grounds, pools, gardening of country, sports and recreation camps and to provide information on their readiness for summer holiday of children and teenagers in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- to resolve opening of all types of camps only based on the conclusion of state bodies of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance;

- provide country, sports and school the camp with seasonal workers, and also acquisition of permits for children of orphans, without parental support, children from needy families and exceptional children.

2. To the agency of social insurance and pensions under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan till May 1, 2014 to transfer Federations of independent labor unions of Tajikistan the funds provided on these purposes and to exercise control of their target use.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan timely allocation and money transfer, provided for the ministries and departments on accomplishment of actions for improvement of children and teenagers.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan methodical management of the organization of summer holiday of children and teenagers, to take necessary measures for effective holding teaching and educational actions and providing camps with pedagogical personnel.

5. To the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan to take measures for providing camps of rest with necessary medical personnel, to provide control and supervision of their sanitary and hygienic condition during summer vacation.

6. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to ensure safety of children and teenagers in camps and on the way of their following to vacation spots and back.

7. To the communication service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to provide continuous telephone communication with vacation spots and improvements of children and teenagers during summer vacation.

8. Recommend Federations of independent labor unions of Tajikistan:

- at the expense of means of the national social insurance to provide salary payment to seasonal workers of country, school and sports camps;

- coordinate activities of industry trade-union committees and carry out monitoring of the organization and carrying out summer holiday of children and teenagers.

9. To committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and to other state media to organize transfers about the course of carrying out summer holiday of children and teenagers.

10. To the ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government till October 1, 2014 to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on accomplishment of this resolution.
