2. To the ministries, departments, local executive bodies of the government, the companies and organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for program implementation of privatization of state-owned property in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2014-2017.

3. Annually to provide to the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan information on the course accomplishment of the Privatization program of state-owned property in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2014-2017 in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The privatization program of state-owned property in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2014-2017 (further - the Program) determines further measures of realization of policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of privatization of state-owned property.

The program is adopted for accomplishment of the purposes, tasks, directions and further actions for deepening of process of privatization of state-owned property during the medium-term period.

The program is directed to continuation of works on forming of multistructure economy by development of the market relations, creations of conditions for moderate private sector development, attraction of bigger amount of foreign investments, forming of modern forms of managing, the organization of new workplaces, increase in effective use of fixed assets and state assets.

Privatization of state-owned property in the Republic of Tajikistan is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About privatization of state-owned property in the Republic of Tajikistan", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About privatization of housing stock of the Republic of Tajikistan" and other regulatory legal acts.

4. For the period 1991-2012 in the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of privatization of state-owned property the following programs and plans were adopted and enacted:

- The privatization program of objects of agro-industrial complex for 1995-1996 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 16, 1995, No. 630;

- The privatization program of state-owned property in the Republic of Tajikistan for 1996-1997 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 20, 1996, No. 203;

- The actions plan on privatization approved by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on March 5, 1998;

- The strategic plan of privatization of the state companies, privatizeable on individual projects for 2002-2004, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 4, 2002, No. 82;

- The strategic plan of privatization of objects of state-owned property for 2002-2004 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 4, 2002, No. 295;
