ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

of December 24, 2013 No. 1391

About approval of the list and forms of certificates of training of specialists of sea transport according to requirements of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of merchant shipping

According to subitem 31-1) of Item 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 17, 2002 "About merchant shipping" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of certificates of training of specialists of sea transport according to requirements of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of merchant shipping;

2) forms of certificates of training of specialists of sea transport according to requirements of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of merchant shipping.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

The list of certificates of training of specialists of sea transport according to requirements of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of merchant shipping

1. "Basic training and instructing in safety issues for all seamen";

2. "The abandon ship boats, rafts and duty boats specialist, including high-speed duty boats";

3. "Fight against the fire according to the expanded programme";

4. "First aid on the vessel";

5. "Medical care on the vessel";

6. "Training of persons of command structure responsible for protection of the vessel";

7. "Preparation or instructing in the questions relating to protection for all seamen";

8. "Preparation and qualification of captains, faces of command and ordinary structure, and also other personnel of passenger ships";

9. "Basic training of captains, faces of command and ordinary structure concerning cargo operations on oil tankers and tankers-himovozakh";
