2. This resolution is subject to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. In this Provision the following concepts are used:
the accepting organization - state governing body, judicial, law enforcement agency, lawyer forming, legal service of body of economic board, the commercial organization, non-state non-profit organization, financial and bank and other organization in which there takes place practice of students, and also legal clinics;
practice - the part of educational process directed to fixing of theoretical knowledge, acquisition of practical skills and abilities, ensuring availability for service in practice;
fact-finding practice - type of the voluntary practice undergone by students of the I-III rates of bachelor degree for the purpose of receipt of data on future professional activity and fixing of theoretical knowledge, and also development of the allocated credits;
final qualification practice - type of obligatory practice which is the final stage of training and is taken place by students of the IV rates of bachelor degree for the purpose of ensuring availability for service in practice by means of fixing of theoretical knowledge and acquisition of practical skills and abilities, and also for collection of materials on subject of final qualification work;
training - the type of the voluntary practice undergone by students of magistracy, directed to acquisition of practical skills and pedagogical skill, and also development of the allocated credits;
the head of final qualification practice fixed from HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION - the teacher of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION at which hours of practice are included in academic load, and also responsible for the organization and control of final kvalifiktsionny practice;
the head of final qualification practice fixed from the accepting organization - the employee of the accepting organization on whom responsibility for training of students in practical skills and assessment of the gained knowledge together with the head of practice from HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION is conferred;
the program of passing of final qualification practice - the program developed and approved by HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION taking into account working curricula.
