For the purpose of regulation of the relations in the sphere of preparation and certification of scientists of the top skills I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on the Highest certifying commission it (is applied).

2. Establish number:

Presidium of the Highest certifying commission - 15 people;

boards of the Highest certifying commission - 9 people.

3. No. 447 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 11.09.2014

4. Financial and material logistics of activities of the Highest certifying commission, and also social and medical support of her workers is performed by Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

5. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

5.1. in Regulations on the award of academic degrees and assignment of academic statuses in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2004 No. 560 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 180, 1/6013; 2011, No. 137, 1/13123; 2012, No. 8, 1/13223):

8. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

8.1. subitem 5.2 of Item 5 and Item 7 - from the date of official publication of this Decree;

8.2. other provisions of this Decree - in three months after its official publication.
