Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (tender) "The report on public procurements of goods (works, services) at the expense of budgetary funds and (or) means of state non-budgetary funds" of annual frequency and to enact it starting with the report for 2013.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities conducting public procurements of goods (works, services), according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (tender) "The report on public procurements of goods (works, services) at the expense of budgetary funds and (or) means of the state non-budgetary funds" approved by this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
