About increase in the sizes of retirement benefits from authorized organization since January 1, 2014

According to Item 3 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 21, 2013 "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Since January 1, 2014 to make increase in the sizes of the retirement benefits from authorized organization appointed till January 1, 2014 to the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are receiving pension till January 1, 1998, reached retirement age to the military personnel, the staff of special state and law enforcement agencies which gives the special ranks, class ranks and also to persons which right to have special ranks, class ranks and to wear uniform are abolished with the January 1, 2012 having the right to retirement benefits for long service for nine percent from the size of the received retirement benefits.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014 and is subject to official publication.
