Single questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the republican state state company "The republican center of rehabilitation "Karagay" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to it of the republican state state company "The Republican Center of Rehabilitation for Children and Teenagers" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename the republican state state company "The republican center of rehabilitation "Karagay" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state state company "The republican center of rehabilitation "Burabay" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23.09.2014 No. 1005

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.08.2015 No. 683

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
