1. Establish form of permission (certificate) to the right of accomplishment of separate work type (rendering services) on potentially dangerous objects according to appendix.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for issue (prolongation of effective period, modification, amendments, issue of the duplicate) permissions (certificates) to the right of accomplishment of separate work types (rendering services) on potentially dangerous objects.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
