1. Approve:

1) the list of the reporting of banks custodians of the Voluntary accumulation pension funds according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) the report on movement of pension assets on the investment account in national currency in form according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) the report on movement of pension assets on the investment account in foreign currency in form according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

4) the report on structure of investment portfolio of pension assets on form according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

5) the report on the added and paid commission fees on form according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

6) Rules of submission of the reporting by banks custodians of the Voluntary accumulation pension funds according to appendix 6 to this resolution.

2. The bank custodian of the Voluntary accumulation pension fund represents to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan the reporting electronically monthly no later than the fifth working day of the month following month under report.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
