About measures for the state support of the National center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for human rights
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the National center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for human rights the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve updated structure of the National center of the Republic of Uzbekistan on human rights (further - the Center), having established the total extreme number of his workers in number of 34 units, including managerial personnel-26 of units, according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the Ministry of Finance allocate to the Center from reserve fund of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan means for implementation of actions on strengthening of material and technical resources of the Center according to appendix No. 2.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to the state committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies the Center with local network and Internet access.
4. Determine that medical attendance of the deputy director and managers of departments of the Center is performed in organizations of Medical and sanitary merging of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. Include the director of the Center in the List of categories of officials and employees of the diplomatic missions having the right to servicing in the VIP hall of the Tashkent airport on free basis (The list No. 1), and the deputy director - in the List of categories of officials and employees of the diplomatic missions having the right to servicing in the VIP hall of the Tashkent airport on paid basis (The list No. 2), approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 26, 2006 No. 180-f.
6. Make changes and addition to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
Recognize invalid the paragraph third Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 13, 1996 as No. 399 "About questions of the organization of activities of the National center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for human rights", and also appendix No. 2 to it (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, No. 11, the Art. 32).
7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
