Mangystau - 10 079 859 thousand tenges;

2. Establish the budget withdrawals from regional budgets and city budgets of republican value, the capital in the republican budget for 2015 in the amount of 168 538 087 thousand tenges, including:

Article 3. The amounts of expenses provided in local budgets

Consider in expenses of local budgets the minimum amounts of budgetary funds in the directions specified in appendices 1-4 to this Law.

Consider that in case of determination of amounts of transfers of general nature the base of expenses of local budgets in addition includes actions according to appendices 5-44 to this Law.

Determine that the amounts of expenses considered when calculating transfers of general nature shall be provided in the corresponding local budgets in amounts not below established by appendices 5-44 to this Law.

Article 4. Procedure for enforcement of this Law

This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014 and is effective till December 31, 2016.
