About the Package of measures for providing the rights and improvement of quality of life of persons with limited opportunities of health in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2014-2017
For the purpose of providing the rights and improvement of quality of life of persons with limited opportunities of health, and also preparation of offers on ratification of the Convention on the rights of disabled people, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Package of measures for providing the rights and improvement of quality of life of persons with limited opportunities of health in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2014-2017 (further - the Package of measures) according to appendix.
2. To the ministries, administrative departments, offices of plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, local public administrations and local government bodies (in coordination) following the results of every half-year, to the 15th following the accounting period to provide information on realization of the Package of measures in the Ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic following the results of every half-year, to the 25th following the accounting period to provide the summarized information on realization of the Package of measures in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
