About approval of Rules of issue of migratory card

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue of migratory card.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy ministers of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rules of issue of migratory card

1. Rules of issue of migratory card (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 8 of Rules of entrance and stay of the immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also their departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2012 No. 148 (further - Rules of entrance and stay of immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan) and determine procedure for their issue to the foreigners driving to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The migratory card contains the information about the foreigner driving to the Republic of Kazakhstan and serves for control of its temporary stay in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is issued in form according to appendix 1 to these rules.

3. In migratory card the surname is entered, the name of the foreigner, the stay purpose, the host party, registration address, the number jointly of the following children who did not reach 16-year age are made marks about entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan, departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan, mark about registration in the place of temporary stay.

4. In case of entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan the migratory card which is subject to delivery in case of departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan is issued to each foreigner who reached 16-year age.

Migratory cards are not issued on the bases specified in Item 8 of Rules of entrance and stay of immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Issue of forms of migratory cards is made:

1) at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the military personnel of the Border service of Committee of homeland security (further - PS KNB) the Republic of Kazakhstan (including with use of opportunities of the Unified information system "Golden eagle" on the automated filling of forms of migratory cards);

2) law-enforcement bodies - in the place of temporary or permanent residence of immigrants, including by means of obtaining through the Unified information system "Golden eagle" of information from legal entities and physical persons on the immigrants staying at them;

3) along the line:

air (sea) transport - members of crews of air (sea) courts;

railway transport - members of crews of train;

the international bus transport - drivers of the international bus transports.
