3) instruction form of performing preventive or forced vaccination of animals, disinfection, disinsections and deratization of livestock barns and their territories in the epizootic centers, unsuccessful Items, on transport for prevention of origin, distribution and liquidation of diseases of animals according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) instruction form of prohibition or suspension of economic activity or separate types of activity according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) No. 46 is excluded according to the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 10.02.2020;

3. To provide to committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also its official publication.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

Rules of creation and issue of instructions

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of creation and issue of instructions (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterinary science" (further – the Law) and item 4 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About biological safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the Law on biological safety) and determine procedure for creation and issue of instructions by the state veterinary health inspectors in case of establishment of violations of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary science and detection of the fact of the violation of requirements which is the basis for application of measures of rapid response in the field of biological safety according to the Law on biological safety.
