1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out training of administrative board and specialists whose activities are connected with the organization and implementation of actions for questions of civil protection which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 2001 No. 874 "About enhancement of system of preparation, retraining and advanced training of the managerial personnel and specialists in the field of civil protection" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 31, the Art. 1399).
