About procedure for production and placement (distribution) of social advertizing

Based on Item 2 of Article 9-1, of Item 3 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2007 "About advertizing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 225-Z

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for production and placement (distribution) of social advertizing it (is applied);

the structure of Interdepartmental council on advertizing (is applied).

2. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 1998 No. 460 "About Interdepartmental council on advertizing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 32, 5/10103; 2006, No. 146, 5/22839):

2.1.1. the second Item 1 to exclude part;

2.1.2. in item 4 of the word "organizational technical supply" shall be replaced with words "organizational and information support of work";

2.1.3. To be reworded as follows the regulations on Interdepartmental council on advertizing approved by this resolution it (is applied);

2.2. No. 395 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 07.07.2021

2.3. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28.03.2022 No. 181

3. The payment for provision of the right to use the urban environment (the circle of the settlement or other territories) in the advertizing purposes enlisted in the budget of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit based on the contract for placement (distribution) of outdoor advertizing which means are included in the list of means of outdoor advertizing on which placement receipt of permission is not required and the contracts for placement (distribution) of advertizing on the vehicle signed before entry into force of this resolution, to the advertizing distributor to the advertiser does not return.

4. To republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since July 10, 2013.
