About the organization and functioning of State Labour Inspection

Based on the Law No. 139 of June 14, 2013 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 152-158, of St, 477) the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Structure of State Labour Inspection according to appendix No. 1;

To Organigramm of State Labour Inspection according to appendix 1-1;

Regulations on the organization and functioning of State Labour Inspection according to appendix No. 2;

The list of the individual protection equipment provided to inspectors of work (which is picked up according to the checked industry and/or the inspected sectors of economy), according to appendix No. 2-1;

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 3.

2. Establish the extreme number of State Labour Inspection in number of 84 units (including support personnel - 1 unit), including 26 units of central office and 58 units of territorial inspections of work, with the annual salary fund according to provisions of the current legislation.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 4.
