According to the subitem 63 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 406, to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 7, 2006 No. 812 "About approval of the Procedure for utilization of rockets, ammunition and explosives" (with changes) and for the purpose of ensuring compliance with legal and economic basis of competitive selection by determination of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors with the subsequent payment of compensation for the account of means of the government budget of PRIKAZYVAYU to them:

1. Form the contest committee of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on selection of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors with the subsequent payment of compensation for the account of means of the government budget to them.

2. Approve:

2.1. Structure of the contest committee of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on selection of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors with the subsequent payment of compensation for the account of means of the government budget to them (on positions) which is attached;

2.2. Regulations on the contest committee of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on selection of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors with the subsequent payment of compensation for the account of means of the government budget which is applied to them.

3. Repeal the order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine of July 30, 2010 No. 407 "About education of the contest committee of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine at the choice of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors and approval of the Regulations on the contest committee of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine at the choice of contractors on utilization of ammunition".

4. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on the contest committee of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on selection of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors with the subsequent payment to them of compensation for the account of means of the government budget

I. General provisions

1.1. This Provision is developed according to the State target defensive program of utilization of regular types of the ammunition unsuitable for further use and storage, for 2008 - 2017, Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 22, 2008 No. 940 (with changes), and the Procedure for utilization of rockets, ammunition and explosives approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 7, 2006 No. 812 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 16, 2010 No. 469).

1.2. This Provision determines general procedure for creation of the contest committee of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine by selection of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors with the subsequent payment of compensation for the account of means of the government budget to them (further - the contest committee), powers of the contest committee, procedure for consideration of proposals of participants of tender and decision making by the contest committee.

1.3. The basic principles of activities of the contest committee are creation of equal competitive conditions, publicity, transparency, objectivity of assessment and unity of requirements for all participants.

1.4. Providing the organization and carrying out tender by the contest committee performs Department of utilization of components of rocket fuel, rockets and ammunition of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
