About approval of the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses by the Public migratory service of Ukraine

(as amended on 17-11-2023)

According to article 222-2 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the subitem 33 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 360, and for the purpose of ensuring proper accomplishment by officials of the Public migratory service of Ukraine of the legislation when implementing production on cases on administrative offenses I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses by the Public migratory service of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To provide to the public migratory service of Ukraine (Kovalchuk M. M.):

2.1. Organization of studying of requirements of the Instruction by employees of the Public migratory service of Ukraine.

2.2. Production of necessary quantity of blanks products.

3. To management of interaction with the central executive bodies and bodies of the military of the Department of MIA of Ukraine (the Cherkassk R. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses by the Public migratory service of Ukraine

І. General provisions

1.1. This Instruction is developed according to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (further - КУоАП) and the subitem 25 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 405.

1.2. This Instruction establishes procedure for registration, consideration and accounting of cases on administrative offenses by officials of the office of the Public migratory service of Ukraine, head departments (managements) of migratory service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, managements (departments, sectors) of migratory service in areas, areas in the cities, the cities of regional, republican (Autonomous Republic of Crimea) value which have the right to constitute protocols on administrative offense, protocols on administrative detention, to consider cases on administrative offenses and to impose administrative punishments.
