For the purpose of enhancement of structure of federal executive bodies, according to article 112 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal constitutional Law of December 17, 1997 "About the Government of the Russian Federation" I decide No. 2-FKZ:

1. Transform Federal agency on construction and housing and communal services to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, having transferred it functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of construction, architecture, town planning and housing and communal services, on rendering the state services, management of state-owned property in the sphere of construction, town planning and housing and communal services, and also on implementation of coordination of activities of Federal fund of assistance to development of housing construction, the state corporation - Fund of assistance to housing and communal services reforming.

2. Ceased to be valid according to Item 13 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 15.05.2018 No. 215

3. To the government of the Russian Federation:

a) provide holding organizational actions according to this Decree;

b) make offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Russian Federation in compliance with this Decree;

c) bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
