1. Approve the enclosed Rules of work on stocking of reservoirs, fishery melioration of water objects.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2012 No. 11-2/442 "About approval of Rules of work on stocking of reservoirs, acclimatization of new species of fish, fishery melioration of water objects" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7932, No. 385-387 (27204-27206)) published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of November 7, 2012.

3. To provide to committee of fishery of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.

Rules of work on stocking of reservoirs, fishery melioration of water objects

1. General provisions

1. These rules of work on stocking of reservoirs, fishery melioration of water objects (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 51-11) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for work by stocking of reservoirs, fishery melioration of water objects (except for the artificial ponds and irrigational and irrigating systems used for the purposes of commodity fish breeding).

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) authorized state body, department and its territorial subdivisions in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna (further - authorized body) - the central executive body performing management and realization of state policy in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna and also within the powers cross-industry coordination;

2) stocking of reservoirs - release of fish stock and fish in reservoirs and (or) sites for the purpose of creation of self-replicating populations, preserving the valuable, rare and being under the threat of disappearance species of fish and (or) receipt of products;

7) zamor - the mass death of fish resources and other water animals caused by violation of hydrochemical and other modes of reservoir and (or) the site;

9) destruction of excessive vegetation by means of biological objects - installation in reservoir of herbivorous and other fishes for the destruction of vegetation and the lowest seaweed causing water blossoming;
