1.1.1. state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. In this Provision terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About telecommunication", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2013 No. 192 "About allocation, use of radio-frequency range and introduction of amendment and changes in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 473" are used (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.04. 2013, 1/14222), and also following term and its determination:
