Bring in the Federal Law of May 7, 2013 No. 78-FZ "About representatives for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 19, the Art. 2305) the following changes:
To exclude 1) in part 5 of Article 1 of the word "or unpaid";
Item 5 of part 1 of Article 5 to state 2) in the following edition:
"5) along with appeal judicially substandard legal acts of the local government bodies violating the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of business activity to take out subjects to immediate execution according to the procedure, the established legislation of the Russian Federation on the general principles of the organization of local self-government, the instruction on suspension of their action to the introduction in legal force of the court resolution which is taken out by results of consideration of the application of the Representative.";
3) in Article 8:
a) add part 2 with the offer of the following content: "The means necessary for ensuring activities of the Representative and its working device are annually provided in the federal budget separately.";
b) add with parts 2.1 and 2.2 of the following content:
"2.1. The representative establishes the number and the staff list of the working device, approves structure of the working device, regulations on it and its structural divisions and directly directs its work.
2.2. On the questions connected with management of the working device, the Representative issues orders and orders.";
