About import of weapon, ammunition and the special equipment to the Republic of Tajikistan

According to article 20 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Permit the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform import of weapon, the ammunition and the special equipment donated by the Government of the United States of America according to the enclosed list.

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service control and timely customs clearance of imported goods.
