2. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Esenbayev M. T.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rules and conditions of carrying out tender and passing of training in case of revenues to law-enforcement service in customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. These rules and conditions of carrying out tender and passing of training in case of revenues to law-enforcement service in customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 2 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About law-enforcement service" (further - the Law) and determine procedure and conditions of carrying out tender in case of revenues to law-enforcement service in customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, procedure for the organization of training for candidates in case of revenues to law-enforcement service for customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Revenues to law-enforcement service in customs authorities are performed on competitive basis except as specified, provided by Items 3 and 4 of article 7 of the Law.

These rules do not extend to the persons designated and dismissed according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2002 No. 828 "About some questions of personnel policy in system of public authorities".

2. Procedure and conditions of carrying out tender in case of revenues to law-enforcement service in customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

3. The citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan conforming to the requirements established by the Law take part in tender in case of revenues to law-enforcement service in customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - tender).

4. Participant of tender (further - the participant) is the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who filed necessary documents to personnel division of customs authority after publication of the announcement of tender.

5. Candidate for occupation of vacant position (further - the candidate) is the participant of tender on whom the contest committee makes the decision on compliance to its qualification requirements to the corresponding position in customs authority and allowed to testing.

6. Competition is held in the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its territorial subdivisions and customs having vacant positions according to the List of positions of the customs authorities replaced on competitive basis.
