This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of Item 5, of the subitem 1) and paragraphs two and the fourth subitem 6) of Item 6 and Item 7 of Requirements, regarding the regulations determining requirements to the automated information systems for accounting of the pension assets and accumulatings created at the expense of compulsory professional pension contributions which are valid from January 1, 2014.

Requirements to the automated information systems for accounting of pension assets and accumulatings

1. General provisions

1. These Requirements to the automated information systems (further - Requirements) are developed for accounting of pension assets and accumulatings according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 21, 2013 "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Law) and establish requirements to the automated information systems of the single accumulation pension fund and Voluntary accumulation pension fund for accounting of pension assets and accumulatings for the purpose of ensuring reliable and steady functioning of the operating electronic information resources and forming of information security system.

2. In Requirements the following concepts are used:

1) the administrator of safety - the employee of the single accumulation pension fund or Voluntary accumulation pension fund providing implementation of measures for protection of information systems, technical means, and also maintenance of system within security policy;

2) the administrator of the automated information system (further - the administrator) - the employee of the single accumulation pension fund or Voluntary accumulation pension fund providing functioning, setup, support and maintenance of technical means of the automated information system and participating in information process by means of the hardware and software;
