1. Establish:

sample of the form of the account reference according to appendix;

the cost of the form of the account reference in the amount of 8,7 of Belarusian ruble.

2. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2000 No. 12 "About issuance of the account reference on realization of automotor-transport and approval of the Instruction about procedure for production, accounting, storage and issue of forms of accounts references on realization of vehicles" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 34, 8/3203);
