About the Customs tariff of Ukraine
Article 1. This Law establishes the Customs tariff of Ukraine (is applied).
The customs tariff of Ukraine is integral part of this Law and contains list of rates of nation-wide tax - import duty for the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine and are systematized according to the Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign economic activity (UKTVED) constituted on the basis of the Harmonized commodity description and coding system.
Article 2. Rates of import duty can be established or change exclusively by modification of the Customs tariff of Ukraine according to the procedure, determined by the law.
Article 3. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014, except the Item 3 of this Article which is becoming effective from the date of, following behind day of publication of this Law.
