About approval of regulations of food and material and household regulations of detainees or the arrested persons
For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.7 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About providing the rights and freedoms of persons containing in places of detention" of July 6, 2012 the No. 667 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve "Regulations of daily diet of the arrested minors containing in pre-trial detention centers" (Appendix No. 1).
2. Approve "Regulations of daily diet of the arrested pregnant women or having in case of themselves the child aged up to 3 years of the women containing in pre-trial detention centers" (Appendix No. 2).
3. Approve "Regulations of daily diet of the arrested persons for the period of journey" (Appendix No. 3).
4. Approve "Regulations of daily diet of the arrested persons containing in pre-trial detention centers, and the detainees containing in places of temporary content" (Appendix No. 4).
5. Approve "Regulations of providing with articles of clothing of the arrested persons containing in pre-trial detention centers" (Appendix No. 5).
6. Approve "Regulations of providing with hygienic means of the arrested persons containing in pre-trial detention centers" (Appendix No. 6).
7. Approve "Regulations of daily diet of the minor detained persons containing in places of temporary content" (Appendix No. 7).
