1. Determine that since March 1, 2004 import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and export out of limits of the republic of cash national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan - "bags" physical persons - residents and nonresidents is allowed within the amount which is not exceeding 50 minimum sizes of the salary established in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Export of cash national currency over the specified amount is allowed with the permission of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Establish procedure in case of which import and export of cash national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan legal litsamirezidenta and nonresidents is not allowed, except for for the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also authorized banks in the presence of permission of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Determine that when importing and exporting cash national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and authorized banks customs payments, except for charges for customs clearance, are not levied.
4. To Central Bank and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in week time to develop and approve Regulations on procedure for import and export of cash national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mirziyoev Sh. M. and the Chairman of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mulldzhanov F. M.
