About measures for further development of material and technical resources of the Uzbek state university of world languages

1. Approve actions for strengthening and expansion of material and technical resources of the Uzbek state university of world languages according to appendix No. 1.

the customer - Service of the Single Customer Engineering company of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

4. Provide to the general project organization:

 together with the customer till December 31, 2013 development of the design estimates on building construction of University;

 carrying out technical inspection and tool research of building constructions of the reconstructed buildings and constructions.

5. To the Ministry of Economics together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make financing of actions for strengthening and expansion of material and technical resources of University in 2013-2016 by fund of development of material and technical resources of the highest educational institutions under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Fund) based on the approved design estimates.

6. To provide to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, JSC Uzstroymaterialy, JSC Uzmetkombinat, by reasonable calculations of the customer and the project organization, release of cement and metal rolling for construction, reconstruction of objects and improvement of the territory of University on the basis of direct agreements, at regulated prices.

7. To provide to Gosarkhitektstroy of the Republic of Uzbekistan conducting examination of the design estimates and the state architectural and construction supervision of quality of accomplishment of installation and construction works.

8. Determine that equipment of buildings and constructions of University main types of the educational laboratory equipment, computer and multimedia equipment, stock and furniture is performed according to the established standard rates, in process of completion of the corresponding stages of construction and reconstruction works, by inclusion of expenses on their acquisition in the design estimates.

9. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to select by fund in 2013 to University budgetary funds for equipment with the most necessary modern computer equipment and multimedia tutorials according to appendix No. 2. Resolve University, according to the procedure of exception, acquisition in 2013 of the necessary computer equipment and multimedia tutorials by competitive selection of the best offers, without holding tenders.

10. Accept the offer of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education and the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition on voluntary conveyance to khokimiyat of Tashkent, on the right of operational management, the building and constructions of University, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa A. Navoi, 48.

11. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
