For the purpose of ensuring implementation of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 20, 2012 "About measures for the organization of activities of National library of Uzbekistan of Alisher Navoiy - the information resource center" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1729:

1. Approve:

 updated structure of National library of Uzbekistan of Alisher Navoiy - the information resource center with extreme number of personnel in number of 136 units, including managerial personnel - 10 units, according to appendix No. 1;

 Regulations on National library of Uzbekistan of Alisher Navoiy - the information resource center according to appendix No. 2;

Regulations on Republican methodical council under National library of Uzbekistan of Alisher Navoiy - the information resource center according to appendix No. 3;

Regulations on procedure for forming and use of fund of development of information and library organizations according to appendix No. 4.

2. To complex concerning education, health care and social protection, information systems and telecommunications of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (A. N. Aripov) together with National library of Uzbekistan of Alisher Navoiy - the information resource center, the Uzbek communication agency and informatizations, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Center of secondary vocational, professional education, the Ministry of national education, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in three-months time to provide review and approval of standard states of the information and library centers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent, the information and resource centers of educational institutions according to the new qualifier of positions and professions.

3. Grant the right to the director of Public institution "Specialized directorate on operation of the building and servicing of the adjacent territory of the building "Majrifat of markaza":

establish since April 1, 2012 the monthly allowance in the amount of no more than 100 percent from official pay rate to certain heads and specialists of Public institution "Specialized directorate on operation of the building and servicing of the adjacent territory of the building "Majrifat of markaza", providing operation and control of the difficult engineering and technological, server and computer hardware; make changes to the operating structure of directorate within the approved number.

4. Recognize invalid paragraphs the third and fourth Item 10 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 14, 2011 as No. 302 "About the organization of activities of National library of Uzbekistan of Alisher Navoiy and ensuring effective operation of the building "Majrifat of markaza" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 11, the Art. 88) and appendices No. No. 2 and 3 to it.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
