I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of production of security activities which is applied.

2. ІІІ the Procedure for the equipment of transport of reaction of the subject of security activities by means of radio engineering communication, tsvetografichesky schemes (texts), light and sound signals approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 18, 2013 No. 375, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2013 for No. 746/23278, to state Item 3.1 of the Section in such edition:

Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of production of security activities

І. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure for control is developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About security activities", "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", "About the principles of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity", "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" and of July 07, 2010 No. 565 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from production of security activities is estimated and is determined by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control)" and Licensed conditions of production of security activities, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 15, 2013 No. 365, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2013 for No. 757/23289 (further - Licensed conditions).

1.2. The procedure for control extends to all subjects of managing (legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs) who obtained licenses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for production of security activities (further - the licensee).
